Payment/Refund Policy
Payment: You agree to pay gaytravel.com for all services and/or advertising in accordance with the agreed upon amounts and billing schedule displayed on our web site or as otherwise negotiated with gaytravel.com. Refunds: Our refund policy is simple. Unless otherwise provided herein, within 30 days of submitting your request for gaytravel.com services you can cancel your order and receive a full refund of the amount paid for that service by sending us a written request for a refund to billing@gaytravel.com. The same policy applies for any other advertising you submit for posting on gaytravel.com, including banner advertisements, featured trips, home page features, etc. Within 30 days of submitting your request for advertising on gaytravel.com you can cancel your order and receive a full refund of the amount paid for that advertisement by sending us a written request for a refund to billing@gaytravel.com.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your request for a refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Problems, Questions, Suggestions? Just contact us at billing@gaytravel.com.

All payments made to gaytravel.com are nonrefundable if we have to cancel the services provided to you for violation of these terms and conditions.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless gaytravel.com, including its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates, from and against all actions, claims, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) that may at any time be incurred by any of them as the result of any claims, suits or proceedings: (i) for violation of right of privacy or publicity, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or other infringement of any third party right, defamation, slander, libel, fraud, false advertising, misrepresentation, product liability or violation of any law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation throughout the world in connection with content provided by you to gaytravel.com; (ii) arising out of any material breach by you of any representation, duty or warranty; or (iii) relating to any virus, including but not limited to contaminated files, originating from content provided by you to gaytravel.com.
