NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. "The 2022 Gay Travel Awards Giveaway” Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins on November 30, 2022, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and ends on January 9, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) (“Promotion Period”). The computer clock of GayTravel.com (“Administrator”) is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.
WHO MAY ENTER. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia, age 21 and older (you must be of the age of majority within your jurisdiction to be eligible to enter); referred herein as (“Contestant”). Employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside or those living in the same household, whether or not related) of GayTravel.com (“Administrator”), MËNAJI® Advanced Men's Skincare (MËNAJI) and Andrew Christian
HOW TO PARTICIPATE. To participate, users may enter the sweepstakes by voting once in each category (every vote for each category counts as an entry) during the voting window (see above) by visiting GayTravelAwards.com and navigating to the official voting/sweepstakes entry page and entering their information ("Website"). You must have a valid email address to enter. Entrants must agree to sweepstakes terms and conditions before entering. Accurate and verifiable contact information is required.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES. At the close of the sweepstakes, One (1) Grand Prize winner will be drawn at random by GayTravel.com (“Administrator”). If the entrant is a winner, they will be notified via the contact information provided along with instructions on how to redeem their sweepstakes prize. In addition to the Grand Prize, twelve (12) additional winners will be drawn at random by GayTravel.com ("Administrator") for an Andrew Christian Gift Bag, as well as ten (10) winners for MËNAJI® Advanced Men's Skincare Products.

PRIZE REDEMPTION. The Sweepstakes is run by GayTravel.com (“Administrator”), and it shall be solely responsible for conducting the sweepstakes. Prize redemption will be conducted by GayTravel.com (“Administrator”) at the close of the sweepstakes.
PRIVACY SWEEPSTAKES TERMS. By entering your email address on the Sweepstakes entry form, you consent to receive promotional emails from Gaytravel.com, Andrew Christian, and MËNAJI Advanced Men's Skincare. You may unsubscribe at any time.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. Entries must be received before the sweepstakes closing date, January 9, 2023, at 11:59 p.m.Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Sweepstakes sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer online system, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules & Regulations. Entrants also agree that sweepstakes sponsors are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or resulting from Sweepstakes and its prizes. GayTravel.com reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes technically corrupted.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY. Entrants agree that Gaytravel.com (“Administrator”) shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or possession and/or use or misuse of prize(s) or participation in Sweepstakes. Winners must sign a release form and have the form notarized. The form releases sweepstakes sponsors from liability arising from the prize.
PRIZE LIMITATIONS. Federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. All expenses not specifically part of the prize according to the sweepstakes entry page are the responsibility of the winner. All prizes are non-transferable.
WINNER NOTIFICATION. The winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held after the sweepstakes have closed. Winners shall be notified by email. If the winner does not respond to the email within three (3) days, they forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of voting entries received.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS. Participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, biographical information, and/or any statements made by winner for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners are solely responsible for all matters relating to the prize after it is awarded. If a Prize or Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential Prize Winner if the potential Prize Winner cannot be reached within three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, or if the potential Prize Winner fails to return requisite document(s) within the specified time period, or if potential Prize Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Gaytravel.com's sole discretion, an alternate Prize Winner may be selected.
