Marina Kitchen Beehive Bourbon is a blended bourbon whiskey that is aged for 4 months with local San Diego distillery, Malahat Spirits. The honey is created from the hotel's rooftop beehives, is liquefied, and then coated throughout the inside one of Malahat’s specialty bourbon barrels. From there, the aging process begins and is finished with heavy notes of honey on the nose and a semi-sweet aftertaste to please both the curious drinker and the bourbon aficionado.
